Experience 10+ yrsJob Description:1. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple Scrum teams, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives2. Coach and guide the team in Agile delivery best practices, foster an agile mindset and a culture of continuous improvement3. Measure team delivery maturity and performance, and review the metrics with the team to identify improvement opportunities4. Has experience with running Scrum of Scrums and dependency management syncs5. Assist with, and/or, participate in, PI Planning6. Assist with release planning and deployment activities, as needed7. Should be articulate and with effective communication skills8. Exp writing detailed User stories with input and acceptance criteria in ADO/JIRA or similar products.9. Good experience in stake holder management like product owners, multi-vendor leads, business groups, etc. Nice to have: - Experience with reporting tools (such as Power Bi or Tableau)- Experience with Oracle products (particularly with database engine)3 must havesScrum Master 4/5ADO / JIRA 4/5Database / PBI / Tableau 3/5
