Job Description

NTT DATA is looking for a Business Consulting- Scrum Master to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in advising on performance against agile values, practices, metrics, and processes to accelerate the team's value delivery. You will work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a backlog, remove impediments, and ensure effective agile events. Your responsibilities also include engaging with team members and product area leadership to embed agile principles into the day-to-day work. Additionally, you will coordinate efforts and releases of multiple systems teams with interdependencies to deliver integrated solutions to customers. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent, and have experience working in agile teams with a good understanding of agile practices and tools such as Jira, Kanban, and Lean. You should be skilled in planning and executing sprints, improving team performance and efficiency, organizing agile events, maintaining performance metrics, and presenting information logically to diverse audiences. Furthermore, you should be adept at handling multiple priorities simultaneously, coaching complex teams, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within the product area.
