Scrum Master/ Project Manager

As an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing BFSI projects with a strong technical background and exceptional leadership and project management skills. Your key responsibilities will include leading, managing, and mentoring a team of developers, collaborating closely with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders, overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, managing project budgets and resource allocation, driving continuous improvement, and acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and alignment of goals. Additionally, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components, provide regular project status updates to senior management, ensure timely delivery within scope and budget while maintaining customer satisfaction, identify and manage project risks proactively, foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence, and stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in project management. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of previous experience in project management roles, preferably within software development projects. Strong leadership and team management skills, in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban), excellent communication skills, experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, familiarity with project management tools and software development lifecycle tools, and certifications in project management or Agile methodologies are desired.
