Scrum Master

Role & responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach the team, remove impediments, promote Agile practices, and foster continuous improvement.

Manage the product backlog, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery of customer value.

Provide updates to leadership, align with business goals, and manage expectations across departments.

Preferred candidate profile

EDUCATION: Bachelor's FIELD OF STUDY: Technology/Engineering or similar degree

EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of experience working on multiple large-scale Scrum team projects, 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach and 6+ years of IT experience. VSTS, Jira experience. Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills to solve for blockers and impediments
