Scrum Master - Manager

You will serve as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams focusing on projects for High Networth Lending. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project development to ensure effective completion and delivery. You will work closely with Product Owners, other Scrum Masters, and BAs to progress along the squad agenda. Additionally, you will promote Agile culture, values, behaviors, and principles across business, development, and testing organizations. Your role will involve creating a collaborative team environment and partnering with Agile Coach to provide constructive feedback for continuous Agile improvements. You will plan and conduct Agile meetings/ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand up, test plan and test cases reviews, sprint demos, and retrospectives. It is essential to review and manage backlog and in-progress items to ensure the latest work status is captured and updated appropriately. You will need to have a deep understanding and maintain team metrics to report project statuses regularly to Product Owner and project stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills and experience with Jira are required. You will take ownership to drive resolutions of issues or blockers and coordinate with other development/product teams on inter-dependencies. Moreover, you will play a lead role in overall release management, including end-to-end regression test coordination, runbook coordination, and deployment support. Required Skills: - 7+ years of proven experience in a large complex banking organization or a similar organization - 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master - Skilled in Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies - Ability to understand system flows, interface details, and system infrastructure - Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills - Ability to develop full-scale project plans, manage project dependencies, and critical path - Proficiency in Agile project management software/tools (e.g., JIRA) Desired Skills: - PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Information Technology EY | Building a better working world EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people, and society, and build trust in the capital markets.
