Role: Scrum Master

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Mysore, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Mangalore, Noida, and Trivandrum (Onsite)

Type: Full time

Experience – 6+ years

Job Description:

• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile development teams.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments/blockers to enable smooth progress for the team.
• Guide the team in effective use of Agile practices and principles.
• Support Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog.
• Track and report team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.).
• Encourage continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration and transparency.
• Ensure the team adheres to Agile values, principles, and ceremonies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and align on deliverables.
• Help the organization in its Agile transformation journey by sharing best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven experience in removing blockers and driving team productivity.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.).
• Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
