We’re Hiring | Scrum Master (Developer Background) Location: Bangalore / Chennai Shift: 4 PM – 1 AM IST | 5 Days On-Site Budget: Up to ₹26 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Are you an experienced Scrum Master with a solid development background and ready to lead in a fast-paced, client-facing role? We are looking for a Scrum Master (not QA/Test profiles) with a minimum of 6 years' recent and continuous experience in the role, who began their career as a developer. You’ll be leading cross-functional, multi-vendor teams and managing onsite-offshore coordination in an Agile environment. Must-Haves: 6+ years of relevant Scrum Master experience Developer background (not QA/testing) Excellent communication & stakeholder management Experience with cross-functional teams & multi-vendor setups Client-facing exposure Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹2,600,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): How many years of total experience do you have?
