We’re Hiring | Scrum Master (Developer Background)

• Location: Bangalore / Chennai
• Shift: 4 PM – 1 AM IST | 5 Days On-Site
• Budget: Up to ₹26 LPA
• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Are you an experienced Scrum Master with a solid development background and ready to lead in a fast-paced, client-facing role?

We are looking for a Scrum Master (not QA/Test profiles) with a minimum of 6 years' recent and continuous experience in the role, who began their career as a developer. You’ll be leading cross-functional, multi-vendor teams and managing onsite-offshore coordination in an Agile environment.

Must-Haves:

• 6+ years of relevant Scrum Master experience
• Developer background (not QA/testing)
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
• Experience with cross-functional teams & multi-vendor setups
• Client-facing exposure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,600,000.00 per year
