Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master with 3.5 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Pune.

Roles and Responsibility

Facilitate daily scrum meetings and ensure the team is aligned with project goals.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and issues impacting project progress.
Implement agile methodologies and best practices to improve project efficiency.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Java8, Springboot, and Restful APIs.
Experience with Agile/Scrum framework and methodology.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3.5 years of experience in software development or related field.
Immediate candidates are preferred; however, we can consider candidates with up to 15 days notice period if they are available to join immediately.
