Scrum Master with Business Analyst expertise

• Support testing activities to verify that solutions meet business needs.


• Analyze and interpret application performance data to derive meaningful insights.

• Utilize

  Jira and Confluence

  for requirement tracking and documentation.


• Ensure

  traceability of requirements

  throughout the project lifecycle.

• Stay updated with industry trends and Agile best practices.


• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements.

• Participate in

  scoping, planning, and prioritization

  of projects.


• Ensure project objectives align with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

• Experience:

  10+ years overall, with at least

  3 years in a combined Scrum Master & Business Analyst role

  .



• Education:

  Bachelor s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, Business

  , or a related field.

  Scrum/Agile certifications

  are a plus.
