Experience Required

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile delivery role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are well-defined and prioritized.
• Remove obstacles and create a productive environment for the development team.
• Track and report sprint progress and Agile metrics (burn-down charts, velocity, etc.).
• Promote Agile best practices and coach team members for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and manage Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to coach teams, manage stakeholders, and drive accountability.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure) is an added advantage.
