Scrum Master

Scrum Master
Agile tools (Jira/ Confluence/Azure DevOps).

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and drive highperforming teams. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to Scrum principles, remove impediments, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure the team follows Agile practices and principles.
Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a wellgroomed and prioritized backlog.
Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
Coach team members on Agile best practices.
Foster transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coach, and stakeholders to align dependencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:
2+ years as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflictresolution skills.
Ability to work with crossfunctional teams.
Certification:
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is a plus.
