Job Description

Key Responsibilities Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and values. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Help the team identify and remove impediments. Work closely with product owners to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized. Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions. Monitor team performance and track Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown charts. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability. Experience Range: 8+ years.
