Job description Key Responsibilities Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and values. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Help the team identify and remove impediments. Work closely with product owners to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized. Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions. Monitor team performance and track Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown charts. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability. Key Skills: Hands-on experience in JIRA is a must. Employment type: Full-time Work timings: (Differ’s during daylight savings) 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM (IST) OR 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM (IST) Preference: Chennai based candidates preferred.
