Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable chartered accountant to help us clear and maintain our U.S. bookkeeping accounts and to manage our U.S. and Indian accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with QuickBooks and be able to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, reconcile accounts, and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in GAAP principles applicable to both the U.S. and India, with hands-on expertise in QuickBooks . This role includes handling bookkeeping tasks, payroll processing (including timesheet-based payroll), and invoicing. Responsibilities: Clean up and organize existing bookkeeping records. Record financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks Prepare financial reports as needed Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP accounting standards Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP standards Record financial transactions and generate regular reports using QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) Handle payroll processing , including timesheet-based payroll systems Create and manage invoices and payment tracking .
