Your Opportunity:

• Guide Talented Teams:

  Facilitate Scrum practices for engineering teams, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their sprint goals.

• Clear the Path:

  Act as a servant leader, proactively identifying and removing impediments so your teams can focus on delivering value.

• Drive Improvement:

  Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within your teams and contribute to Aviato's evolving Agile practices.

• Collaborate for Success:

  Work closely with Product Owners and engineers in a highly collaborative, low-ego environment.

What You'll Bring:

• Around

  7+ years of hands-on experience

  working as a dedicated Scrum Master.
• A recognized Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).
• Proven ability to guide teams using Agile tools (like Jira, Confluence, or similar).
• A genuine passion for Agile principles and fostering high-performing, self-organizing teams.
