Scrum Master

Role Overview: You will be responsible for taking complete ownership of multiple application deliveries. As a Scrum Master, you will manage a scrum team with full responsibility for iteration deliverables. Your role will involve planning, executing, and tracking iteration deliverables to ensure adherence to timeline, quality, and defined scope for assigned modules/projects. Additionally, you will support the development team technically, engage with project stakeholders, and ensure the scrum team's adherence to scrum processes. You will also provide support to the Director of Engineering/Delivery Manager in making informed project decisions and act as a backup to the Global Project Manager role. Key Responsibilities: - Take complete ownership of multiple application deliveries - Manage a scrum team with full responsibility for iteration deliverables - Plan, execute, and track iteration deliverables ensuring adherence to timeline, quality, and defined scope - Support development team technically and provide ad-hoc technical support - Engage with project stakeholders to ensure required decisions are taken and needed information is made available - Ensure scrum team's adherence to scrum processes (readiness, doneness, sprint ceremonies, etc.) - Support Director of Engineering/Delivery Manager in making informed project decisions for project scope, quality, and risks by providing timely and accurate data - Provide back up to the Global Project Manager role Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of Web and Mobile application development ecosystem and technologies - At least 5-7 years of hands-on coding experience - Sound knowledge of software development life cycle and software engineering processes - Worked experience of Agile Scrum, Kanban, Lean Principles - Ability to adjust in Hybrid Agile approach and passionate about learning new technologies for effective project coordination - Experience in managing customers and dealing with project dynamics for various types of engagement - Ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders - Ability to assess risks early in the engagement and come up with mitigation plans - Ability to track deliverables from scope, schedule, quality, and cost perspective - Good negotiation and interpersonal skills Additional Details: - Prefer candidates with knowhow of test management and in-sprint testing methods, test automation knowledge, developer background, Cloud AWS platform knowledge, strong writing skills, understanding of the IT Services & Consulting industry, and ability to work as a team player.,
