Position Overview

Scrum Master

bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology field


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science

    , Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing

    AI and cloud ecosystem projects

    as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their adaptation to AI/cloud environments.
  • Proficiency with

    Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite

    (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (

    AWS, Azure, GCP

    ) and exposure to

    AI/ML/LLM-based projects

    .

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in a

    stealth startup or innovation-driven environment

    .
  • Understanding of

    FinOps

    ,

    policy-as-code

    , or cloud cost optimization practices.
  • Familiarity with

    LLMOps/MLOps

    pipelines, AI agent workflows, or data governance frameworks.
  • Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) are a plus.
