SCRUM MASTER / AGILE PROJECT MANAGER

As a Junior Scrum Master at our company, you will be responsible for applying Agile principles, values, and frameworks to support planning, execution, and delivery. Your role will involve facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Additionally, you will mentor and support teams in adopting Agile practices and mindsets, track progress and team performance, and identify improvement areas to implement best practices. Organizing product demos, sprint reviews, and testing activities will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be expected to remove team impediments and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Clear documentation and reporting project status and KPIs to stakeholders will be crucial. Ensuring effective use of tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or equivalent for task and workflow management is essential for this role. Key Requirements: - 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile project role. - Working knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. - Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp. - Familiarity with collaboration platforms like Slack, Notion, or Monday.com. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and deliverables. - Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams. - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. - Experience tracking and reporting KPIs, team velocity, and other Agile metrics. - Ability to break down work into epics, user stories, and actionable tasks.,
