Scrum Master-Agile Coach/Scrum Manager-Chennai

You have at least 5 years of experience working with or in agile teams and a solid understanding of agile practices. You have a consistent track record as a Scrum Master, responsible for coaching and mentoring squads with complex dependencies. Your experience includes delivering quality software utilizing agile practices. You are proficient in Jira and Jira Align, and familiar with different agile practices such as Kanban and Lean. Holding a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a must, and having technical experience at some point in your career is preferred. Your organizational skills are excellent, with the ability to scale across multiple squads. You have strong communication skills and can effectively communicate at all senior levels across the organization. You are able to present summarized information on squad progress and performance based on underpinning data. Your facilitation skills for agile events are top-notch, and you can brainstorm with the team on solutions to address impediments and blockers. You have a positive approach to solving complex problems and a can-do attitude. You have a proven ability to coach and mentor others, regardless of organizational hierarchy. In this role, you will be encouraging Agile behaviors, reinforcing practices, norms, agile events, and supporting the overall Product Area performance. You will identify team improvement opportunities and seek external best practices to support continuous improvement. You will lead and coordinate logistics for Agile ceremonies and practices, such as backlog maintenance, sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives. You will lead the team in the delivery of quality software, ensuring that processes are followed. You will drive a collaborative and supportive team culture through team building and engagement practices.,
