Position: Stores / Ware House In-Charge (JSW/SAI Ref: SCM - Inventory Manager)

Designation: Manager / Sr Manager (1 Pos)

Job Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 12 to 15 Years

Value Stream: Stores / Warehouse Stores Management (Exp in Defense and Aerospace organization, Automotive, Electronics Engineering Industries can be considered)

Educational Qualification: BE – Mechanical / Production (Or) MBA in SCM / Logistics / Warehousing

Role Summary

The Stores In-Charge is responsible for Developing and managing all store-related activities, ensuring efficient inventory control, compliance with statutory requirements, and seamless coordination with internal departments. The role demands strong technical proficiency, process discipline, and leadership capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

• Establish the Warehouse for our new State – Of - the Art facility coming up at Hyderabad.
• Managing all stores related Transaction from Receipt to Finish Goods Dispatch.
• Compliance to Customs related documents – Import / Export
• Support for SAP – MM module implementation.
• Develop and Implement process flow, Work Instructions, Report formats, MIS Formats etc. to efficiently manage all activities from Goods Receipt to Dispatch of Finish Goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment request generation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure timely stock reconciliation by conducting periodic stock audits.
• Generate and analyze MIS reports for stock levels, consumption trends, and audit readiness.
• Support internal and external audits with complete documentation and traceability
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and finance teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Ensure adherence to GST, E-way bills, and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage store personnel, ensuring task clarity and performance accountability
• Support in vendor coordination and material follow-ups.
• Packaging of Finish Goods as per packing Instructions.
• Safely loading & Unloading of Goods at Warehouse.

Skills & Proficiency

• Well versed with all statutory requirements, Reports, Audits
• Proficiency in SAP - MM Module - Stores related Transactions, SAP Reports Generation etc.
• Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of statutory norms (GST, E-way bills, audit protocols)
• Experience in MIS reporting.
• Effective team management and communication skills.
• Lean practices, workplace organization, Implement safety standards across warehouse area as per Industry standards.
• Departmental Experience in AS9100
