Job Description

Manage large, big-box, technologically advanced, high-end warehouse operations.
Drive standard operating procedures (SOP) creation and benchmarking for warehousing operations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet overall business objectives.
Ensure warehouse efficiencies, SLA adherence, FEFO & FIFO management.
Own mid-mile logistics and distribution across network nodes.
Plan and execute reverse logistics effectively.
Identify root causes of inventory deviations through cause-and-effect analysis and implement corrective actions.
Drive productivity, automation adoption, and cost optimization across warehousing.
Coordinate with Dark Stores Operations for seamless movement and replenishment.
Conduct stock audits, reduce shrinkage, and strengthen governance mechanisms.
Build and track peak-season operational calendar and manpower planning.
Engage with internal stakeholders to solve operational bottlenecks and streamline processes.
Lead continuous process improvement and scalable innovation initiatives.

Job Requirements

3-4 years of experience managing multiple big-box, high-end warehouse, and logistics operations.
Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and Excel proficiency are essential.
Experience working with 3PL partners is required.
Demonstrated experience in warehousing planning, distribution, and logistics at scale is necessary.
Proven experience in forecasting, productivity planning, and workforce allocation is expected.
Ability to build systems, processes, and operational infrastructure for scale is crucial.
Experience implementing lean methodologies, automation solutions, and tech-driven improvements is preferred.
Ability to rapidly problem-solve in a fast-scaling environment and drive outcomes through influence.
A consumer-first mindset with a passion for building high-quality customer experiences is vital.
Experience in F&V (Fruits & Vegetables) supply chain is an added advantage.
