Job Description:

1. Store/Loose Material Inward

• Prepacking packing of Loose material inward on daily basis.
• Planning for Inhouse Kit Packing
• Confirming system production of FG material
• Planning for PP Box, Bin & Packing
• Ensure material binning on location of production & packing parts
• MRP printing and checking against system updates
• Coordination with packing material department for the packing material and planning confirmation

2. Material Picking

• Picking material against sales order from respective locations
• Cross verification of picked material & taking corrective action in case of wrong material.
• Checking MRP and without MRP material
• Taking follow-up of picked material and sales order for billing
• Re-binning of Sales return/ unbilled material

3. Sales Order Packing

• Printing MRP as per sales order for packing purpose
• Distribution of sales order for final packing
• Planning for order packing on daily basis as per sales target
• Cross verification material for taking action against material shortage/ wrong material/ Quality issue
• Preparation of material scanning and packing slip.
• Cross- verification of Invoice Vs Packing

4. Dispatch

• Stapling & wrapping of packing boxes and make it ready for dispatch
• Segregating packed orders Transport wise & Order wise
• Planning & resolving issues related to transport vehicle
• Preparation of LR & CFT and Weight verification and monitoring
• Loading slip motoring and cross checking

5. MIS

• Preparing daily table wise output MIS, pending dispatch MIS, Daily dispatches updation and LR verification report, Daily production report, Logistic MIS, Slow Moving & Non Moving MIS, Perpetual inventory MIS & Report, Sales reversal report.

6. Perpetual Inventory verification

• PIV planning on monthly/ daily basis
• PIV document preparation and updation
• Verification of system Vs physical stock at every stage.
• Analysis of inventory variation i.e. shortage/ excess material
• Escalating quality issues to quality department

7. Shop floor inventory management

• Updating and monitoring material storage location
• Finding & analyzing unidentified material
• Verifying and auditing picking and Binning material
• Highlighting nonmoving and slow-moving material
• Implementing FIFO method while Replacing and Merging material locations and updating the same in system
• Updating, controlling and checking MRP file with SAP
• Monitoring warranty material handover, takeover and binning

8. Commercial complaints analysis

• Analysis of commercial complaint related to wrong packing, material shortage/excess, material misplace, transport issue etc. & taking corrective action to avoid repetition.
• Training to the employees and casuals

9. Warehouse Management System

• Leading shop floor and system activities of WMS
• Trials and observations in coordination with Billing, Production, Inward, exports team
• Location creation, labeling & identification in WMS\Master data preparation for store activity as and when required.
