Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Operation Manager at Aayush Group of Hospitals, located in Jamnagar. The Group Operation Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple hospital units to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivering healthcare services. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational policies, optimizing resource allocation, managing staffing, ensuring quality standard adherence, improving patient care delivery systems, and liaising with department heads. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, coordinating with teams, and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals effectively.

  • Operational Management, Strategic Planning, and Resource Allocation skills
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Administration, Compliance, and Quality Assurance processes
  • Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-Making abilities
  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Analytical skills
  • Proficiency with data-driven decision-making and familiarity with hospital information systems
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in hospital operations or healthcare management is preferred
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on patient care quality
