The Floor Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital floor, ensuring smooth workflow, and coordinating with medical and non-medical staff. Tasks include managing patient flow, addressing patient and staff inquiries, maintaining accurate records, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and standards.
