Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA/PGDM or a relevant Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics within the FMCG or F&B industries
• Experience in

  Spices & Seasonings

  industry preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and monitor the overall supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee procurement, inbound logistics, warehousing, production planning, and distribution.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products to distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Monitor KPIs and report on supply chain performance and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
• Implement supply chain software/tools for better planning and reporting.
• Lead and manage the supply chain team with clear objectives and performance tracking.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes in FMCG.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and supply chain tools.
• Ability to analyze data, forecast demand, and solve complex problems.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
