Job Summary

The Oracle Fusion SCM Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including Inventory, Procurement, and related functionalities. This role requires expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and SQL to develop reports and analyze system performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive system improvements, troubleshoot issues, and support key business processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for Oracle Fusion SCM, including troubleshooting, reporting, and user assistance.

  • Track and resolve business user requests related to Oracle Fusion SCM using a ticketing system.

  • Perform root cause analysis and resolution of production issues.

  • Analyze, design, configure, and test enhancements to Oracle Fusion SCM modules.

  • Ensure system modifications align with business needs and industry best practices.

  • Identify and implement process automation opportunities within Oracle SCM.

  • Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect Oracle Fusion SCM with other enterprise applications.

  • Participate in Oracle Fusion SCM projects, including new module implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.

  • Develop and modify reports using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and SQL.

  • Support ad-hoc data requests from business teams for reporting and analysis.

  • Ensure accurate and efficient data extraction and visualization for business decision-making.

  • Communicate status, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders, escalating critical issues when needed.

  • Work cross-functionally with finance, procurement, and supply chain teams to optimize Oracle Fusion SCM functionalities.

  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security guidelines, and change management processes.

  • Conduct user training sessions to improve adoption and proficiency in Oracle Fusion SCM.

  • Provide late-night production support and weekend implementation work as required.

  • Ensure all system changes are properly tested and documented before deployment.


Required Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM support and implementation.

  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, particularly Inventory, Procurement, and related functions.

  • Strong proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for system integrations and automation.

  • Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and SQL for data analysis and reporting.

  • Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes, key integration points, and cross-functional dependencies.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive consensus and explain complex concepts to business users.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring timely issue resolution and system enhancements.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud security, workflows, and configurations.

  • Prior experience working in an enterprise-level ERP environment.

  • Experience implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion SCM integrations using OIC.
