Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Scientist located in Pune. The Scientist will engage in day-to-day tasks including designing and executing experiments, developing diagnostic kits, analyzing data, and documenting research findings. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, staying updated with scientific advancements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in molecular biology techniques such as PCR, qPCR, and nucleic acid extraction
Experience in assay development and validation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret scientific data and conduct statistical analysis
Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
Capability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail
Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field
Prior experience in the diagnostics or healthcare industry is a plus
