School Sales Manager

Role

The role of the School Sales Manager (SSM) involves strategic management and optimization of sales activities across schools located within the designated region. An ideal candidate is expected to:
  • Initiate and conduct visits to schools while thoroughly engaging in client follow-up activities.
  • Present proposals to effectively promote Rocksport programs and other services.
  • Furnish guidance and mentor team members to achieve group objectives.
  • Collaborate in operations to ensure smooth program execution and delivery.

Responsibilities Include

  • Successfully meet personal and branch-specific school sales targets.
  • Formulate and develop a robust school sales team to increase market penetration in identified schools.
  • Maximize program adoption rates within schools already utilizing the programs.
  • Engage actively with school leadership and ownership structures through direct and team-coordinated visits.
  • Promote school activities through channels like conferences, associations, and professional organizations.
  • Undertake roles as an adventure instructor, ensuring seamless execution of program responsibilities.
  • Accurately record daily sales efforts on CRM systems, CDIS, and similar platforms.
  • Provide comprehensive support to team members and clients around the clock as needed.
  • Efficiently maintain and update all necessary administrative records and documents for compliance.
  • Adhere to all prescribed and newly introduced operational guidelines issued by the organization.

Qualifications Required

  • Education: Bachelor&aposs degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in sales within the education sector or related industries.
  • Skills: Exemplary communication abilities, team and organizational management proficiencies, and competence with CRM tools are essential.
  • Attributes: Highly energetic, proactive, and dedicated to meeting targets effectively and efficiently.
