Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a School Principal located in Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Varanasi. The School Principal will be responsible for overseeing daily school operations, developing and implementing curriculum, providing strong educational leadership, and ensuring effective communication among staff, students, and parents. The Principal will also monitor student progress, manage school logistics, and foster a positive educational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Curriculum Development and Middle School education
• Strong skills in Educational Leadership and Education management
• Excellent Communication abilities
• Proven track record in school administration and management
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students
• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
• Experience in school accreditation processes is a plus
• Ability to create an inclusive and supportive school environment
