Job Title: School Principal Location: Haryana Job Type: Full-time Industry: Education / Training / Institution Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and organized School Principal to oversee academic activities, ensure smooth curriculum implementation, and provide support to faculty and students. The role involves coordinating schedules, managing academic records, monitoring student progress, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily academic operations including class schedules, timetables, and faculty allocation. Assist in curriculum planning, syllabus distribution, and academic calendar management. Monitor student attendance, academic performance, and provide necessary reports to management. Support faculty members with academic resources and ensure timely submission of lesson plans. Address student queries related to academic programs, exams, and results. Organize academic events, workshops, parent-teacher meetings, and examinations. Ensure compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation accurately. Act as a bridge between management, faculty, students, and parents for effective communication. Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education / Administration / related field. Proven experience as an Academic Coordinator, Teacher, or in an educational administration role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and academic management software. Ability to handle student and faculty concerns with patience and professionalism.
