Principal

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the school’s academic, operational, and strategic goals
Ensure effective implementation and growth of the
Cambridge International Curriculum
(Early Years to A-Levels)
Inspire and mentor teachers and staff to deliver excellence in teaching and learning
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and student-centered learning
Build strong relationships with parents, the community, and international partners
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

Proven leadership experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or Head of School
Minimum
5–10 years
of experience in international education, preferably in a
Cambridge-affiliated school
Deep understanding of Cambridge curriculum, pedagogy, assessments, and school evaluation frameworks
Master’s degree in Education / Educational Leadership or related field
Strong communication, strategic thinking, and people management skills
A global mindset and commitment to holistic development of students
