Mathematics Teacher

You will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of the Cambridge Mathematics curriculum. Your main duties will include collaborating with teachers to plan, develop, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons that align with Cambridge standards. Furthermore, you will be required to analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions. Your role will also involve fostering a positive learning environment that promotes mathematical inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. It is essential to communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and support their involvement in their child's mathematics education. Additionally, staying current with developments in mathematics education and Cambridge curriculum standards will be crucial. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Certification in CICTL, CIDTL Cambridge Mathematics or equivalent qualification/experience is required. Previous experience in teaching or facilitating Cambridge Mathematics programs is preferred. You should possess a strong knowledge of mathematics content and pedagogy, particularly aligned with Cambridge standards. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential for this role.
