Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 5 yrs of an experience as Principal of a renowned/reputed K12 School
A strong academician and an administratorLatest and updated knowledge on best practices, methodologies, and developments at both National and International levels pertaining to academic administrationExpert knowledge of CBSE regulatory, academic, affiliation, and procedural issuesExcellent communication, presentation, and conflict management skillsExcellent parent-handling skillsPerspective Plan for upcoming 3-5 yrs
