Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership

• Provide visionary academic leadership and ensure excellence in teaching and learning across all grades
• Guide teachers in curriculum planning and effective implementation of CBSE norms
• Monitor student performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement

Administrative Management

• Oversee day-to-day school operations including staff coordination, timetable management, discipline, and event planning
• Ensure adherence to school policies, CBSE guidelines, and safety regulations
• Conduct regular staff meetings, parent interactions, and school inspections

Staff Development & HR

• Conduct performance evaluations and implement staff development programs
• Promote a positive and professional school culture

Student Affairs

• Ensure holistic development of students through academics, co-curricular and extra-curricular programs
• Handle student disciplinary matters with fairness and firmness.

Communication & Liaison

• Maintain active communication with parents, management, CBSE board, and local authorities
• Represent the school in public forums and build a strong school reputation in the community

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s Degree in Education or related field (B.Ed./M.Ed. mandatory)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• In-depth understanding of CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020 policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
