Our services help streamline academic management and enable continuous growth. We have collaborated with over 400 schools and 150,000+ students to date.

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, self-driven professionals to join our team as School Marketing Managers.

This role involves field-level engagement with private schools, promoting our school textbooks and educational services, and building long-term relationships with schools across assigned districts.

This is a visit-based role, focused on outreach and relationship building rather than direct sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit private schools in assigned districts to promote textbooks and educational services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, teachers, and academic coordinators
• Identify new schools and create outreach opportunities
• Present and explain products through demos and discussions
• Explore collaborations and long-term partnerships with schools
• Achieve monthly school visit targets (targets are based on visits, not sales)

Eligibility & Requirements

• Any graduate degree
• Freshers or candidates with sales/marketing experience (education sector experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently and travelling extensively
• Proficiency in Telugu and English (knowledge of local languages is an advantage)
