Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day indoor and outdoor school operations
• Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff for smooth functioning
• Supervise maintenance, transport, security, and facility services
• Support administrative tasks including event management, logistics, and vendor handling
• Ensure compliance with school policies and safety standards
• Act as a communication bridge between management, parents, and staff
• Monitor performance and resolve issues in real-time

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 3+ years of experience in school operations or administration
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently
• Knowledge of school systems and processes preferred
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office
