Responsibilities:
Student Supervision and Welfare:Supervise students in the hostel, ensuring their safety and well-being.Enforce hostel rules and regulations, maintaining discipline and order.Address student concerns and grievances promptly and fairly.Provide guidance and support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive community.Monitor student attendance and report any absences to the school administration.Arrange for medical assistance when necessary.Hostel Management:Oversee the daily operations of the hostel, including cleanliness, maintenance, and security.
Manage hostel staff, providing direction and support.
Maintain accurate records of student information, attendance, and incidents.Manage hostel finances, including collecting fees and tracking expenses (if applicable).Coordinate with the school administration on matters related to hostel operations.Ensure the hostel meets all safety and regulatory requirements.Communication and Collaboration:Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.Collaborate with teachers and counselors to support student academic and personal development.Liaise with parents regarding student progress and any concerns.Participate in school meetings and events.Other Duties:Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
