We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced School Counsellor with 2 to 7 years of experience to engage with both high school and middle school students. The ideal candidate should have a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology or a 2-year Counselling Diploma from a recognized institution.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide individual and group counselling sessions to help students achieve academic and personal goals.

Develop and implement effective counselling strategies to improve student well-being and academic performance.

Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify and support students who may be struggling.

Conduct workshops and training sessions on topics such as stress management, anxiety, and self-esteem.

Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student progress.

Participate in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress and development.

Job Requirements

Masters degree in Clinical Psychology or a 2-year Counselling Diploma from a recognized institution.

Minimum 2 years of experience in school counselling or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Knowledge of child development principles and practices is essential.

Familiarity with educational systems and policies is desirable.
