Job Overview:

We are hiring a proactive and responsible School Coordinator to manage daily academic and administrative operations. The coordinator will act as a bridge between management, teachers, students, and parents to ensure smooth school functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

The coordinator will oversee daily school operations, ensure teachers follow academic plans and schedules, monitor classroom discipline and teaching quality, maintain academic records and activity registers, coordinate examinations, PTMs, events, and school functions, handle parent communication and concerns professionally, support admissions and enrollment activities, assist in implementing activity-based learning and NEP-aligned practices, and report regularly to school management.

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate should have prior experience as a school coordinator, senior teacher, or academic administrator, strong leadership and communication skills, good command of English and Hindi, basic computer knowledge including MS Office and Google tools, and the ability to manage teachers, students, and parents effectively.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, approximately 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Salary:

Salary will be based on experience and skills (discussed during the interview).
