Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Administrator located in Lucknow. The School Administrator will oversee daily administrative tasks, support teachers with lesson planning, manage school operations, and ensure an efficient educational environment. Responsibilities also include communicating with parents, students, and staff, and fostering a constructive and supportive school culture.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Administrative Assistance and managing school operations
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education strategies
• Educational Leadership and ability to mentor staff
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or related field
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience in a school environment is preferred

Desired Qualification

• Graduate (B.tech/B.E.) or Postgraduate (PG- Operation/Admin/Facility) from a recognized University in India or abroad

Experience

• School Administration experience preferred
• Post-graduate / MBA with good communication skills and ability to correspond independently.
• Minimum experience of 5 to 8 years in reputed school
• Should have prior experience of dealing with Education Department and ICSE/CBSE Boards.
• Knowledge of finance and budget essential
• Candidates should have a good command over English and good man management skills.
