School Administrator

Role Overview: As the Head / Senior Manager Operations at Wagoli & Kalyani Nagar, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operations of the school campus. You will need to demonstrate strong administrative expertise, knowledge of regulatory & statutory compliance, people management skills, facility & asset management capabilities, effective communication & crisis response, and IT & system awareness. Key Responsibilities: - Strong Administrative Expertise - Experience in school administration or similar scale settings like hospitals, corporates, or hospitality - Policy implementation, records maintenance, SOP creation, and compliance tracking - Knowledge of Regulatory & Statutory Compliance - Understanding of fire safety, child safety, RTE norms, local municipal regulations, etc. - People Management - Ability to manage a diverse non-teaching team including security, housekeeping, drivers, etc. - Proficiency in crisis handling and conflict resolution, especially with parents - Facility & Asset Management - Planning maintenance activities, managing AMC contracts, controlling inventory, and coordinating with vendors - Communication & Crisis Response - Professional handling of parent escalations and emergency situations - IT & System Awareness - Familiarity with basic ERP systems, ticketing systems for repairs/complaints, and school MIS platforms Qualification Required: - Former Admin Heads from reputed K12 schools or residential schools - Ex-servicemen (officers) with admin/logistics roles - Candidates with hospitality or hospital operations management experience Additional Details: The company has specified a preference for male candidates for this position. This is a full-time role with workdays from Monday to Saturday and timings from 7.30 AM to 3.00 PM. The salary will be determined based on your last drawn salary and interview performance.,
