Qualification

Requirements:

• At least 4.5-6 years of experience in project management/rural development/administration experience working with large-scale state and national-level skill programs.
• The person should have proven track record of Working with state/central government programs of similar nature and size.
• Implementing livelihood/poverty reduction programs at scale.
• Closely working with rural poor communities.
• She/He must have good communication skills, be tech savvy and have command over MIS/reports/MS-office and have ability to mobilize youth

Responsibilities:

• Sanctions, IPA's SDC sanctions, T. P.’s monitoring, etc., and coordination among different stakeholders in the execution of schemes.
• Monitoring & Inspection, ISMS Usage & Reporting, and any other work assigned by MD RSLDC
