Scheduler

You will be responsible for the following tasks in this role: - Entry and validation of new orders in ERP system - Entry and validation of order revisions in ERP system - Schedule .NS orders for Service - Run export compliance checks on customers and suppliers, remedy issues or notify stakeholders - Send acknowledgements to customers - Send invoices to customers - Set up of new suppliers including banking callbacks - Other duties as assigned To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proficient with MS Office Suite - ERP Experience - Experience working with cross-functional project teams - Highly motivated - Strong interpersonal skills - Good oral and written communication skills - Attention to detail and commitment to quality - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in an office environment.
