Role Overview: As the Scheduling Manager at Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions, you will be responsible for developing common tools and methods for Planning & Scheduling activities by incorporating best practices from operations and industry standards. Your role will involve ensuring accurate schedule estimates during the proposal phase and delivering precise project schedules with critical path analysis and project progress evaluation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop global concepts and tools for Mono-/Multicenter Schedules - Define guidelines for Planning & Scheduling activities including progress measurement and critical path analysis - Support cold eye reviews initiated by the Scheduling HoD and Center RMPC Director - Ensure harmonization of Planning & Scheduling tools and methods across Centers - Provide expertise in Planning & Scheduling as requested - Implement Scheduling Risk Analysis (SRA) process and collaborate with the Risk Management Department Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational requirement - Preferably a background in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Chemistry) or Industrial Engineering Additional Details: At Air Liquide, diversity and inclusion are valued, and applications from all qualified candidates are encouraged, regardless of background.
