Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy and troubleshoot applications across platforms (Windows 7/10/Server & VDIs).
Manage application deployment using
SCCM
.
Work within
App-V and Citrix environments
.
Lifecycle management of software packaging & deployment.
Use
PowerShell, VBScript, SQL, WQL, WMI
for scripting and automation.
Participate in testing and deployment of software across environments.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Handle
Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
.

Must-Have Skills:

3+ years of experience in SCCM-based application deployment.
Strong in App-V and Citrix environments.
Hands-on with Wintel technologies:
DFS, Networking, AD, Storage
.
Scripting expertise: PowerShell, VBScript, etc.

Good to Have:

2+ years of App-V management console experience.
Experience administering SCCM via Application Library, Software Center, etc.

Behavioral Skills:

Team player and proactive communicator.
Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
Ability to mentor and coach junior team members.

Qualifications:

B.Tech / BE / BCA / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent.
Willingness to support 24x7 operations including night shifts.
Onsite work only No remote option available.
