Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives in areas such as Corporate Strategy, Growth Strategy, Business Case Development, Market Entry and Expansion, Pricing, and Profit Optimization. Your role will involve leveraging analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and delivering impactful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Accelerate measurable and sustained growth for clients by utilizing data-driven capabilities from strategy to execution in Corporate Strategy & Growth. - Support clients in their inorganic growth agenda through Mergers & Acquisitions activities including target screening, synergy assessment, due diligence, post-merger integration, and portfolio interventions. - Collaborate with CEOs to design future-proof operating models that align with the future of work, workforce, and workplace, integrating transformational technology, ecosystems, and analytics in Operating Model & Org Design. - Assist clients in achieving their sustainability goals through digital transformation in Sustainability & Responsible Business initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Proven ability in developing and executing Corporate and Growth Strategies aligned with business objectives. - Experience in building and evaluating business cases for new initiatives, investments, or market opportunities. - Knowledge of go-to-market strategies, competitive analysis, and market dynamics for domestic and international expansion. - Familiarity with pricing strategies, margin analysis, and financial modeling to enhance profitability. - Ability to identify growth levers, lead innovation-driven initiatives, and contribute to strategic planning. - Strong background in annual/long-term planning, OKRs/KPIs setting, and performance tracking. - Experience with customer segmentation, journey mapping, and value realization frameworks.
