S&C GN - SC&O - SCM Planning Manager

In this role within the Supply Chain and Operations practice, you will help organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains for tomorrow, creating a positive impact on businesses, society, and the planet. Your responsibilities will include: - Working with clients as a consulting professional to design, build, and implement solutions that enhance business performance. - Involvement in supply chain planning business processes with clients. - Understanding client requirements and designing solutions using innovative capabilities of Planning Tools such as Kinaxis, O9, OMP, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, and Saddle Point. - Defining project requirements, project plans, and solution designs. - Providing estimates to project managers for complex work and resource requirements. - Delivering final solution deliverables to customers according to the design. - Participating in customer liaison activities to ensure project success. - Drafting client proposals, setting objectives, and creating action plans. Your role will require: - Conceptual understanding of current supply chain processes and the ability to design future processes. - Developing and implementing supply chain strategies aligned with overall business objectives for optimal cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency. - Experience in Digital Planning transformation or implementation, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Control Tower, and Supplier Collaboration. - Proven experience in Strategic Supply Chain planning with successful Implementation or Transformation projects. - Familiarity with Supply Chain Planning Technologies and tools. - Ability to understand client requirements and configure customized solutions. - Solving complex business problems and delivering client satisfaction. - Strong analytical skills to identify industry trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for cost savings. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Cross-cultural competence and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. - Leadership experience in managing a team of supply chain professionals. Professional & Technical Skills required: - MBA from a Tier-1 B-school. - 5+ years of experience as a solution architect on any SCM Planning Tool. - End-to-end implementation experience and leading solutioning of workstreams like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Supply Chain Operations. - Experience across industries like Life Sciences, Automotive, and Consumer Packaged Goods is preferred. - Client-facing experience is advantageous.,
