Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on SAP–Workday Cost Center Integration Developer to support the Aurora project by ensuring seamless alignment and synchronization of cost center data between SAP S/4HANA and Workday HR systems.

This role combines both functional configuration and technical troubleshooting, particularly across the HR Mini Master and Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in SAP integration processes and be adept at working in a collaborative, remote, and global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between SAP S/4HANA and Workday for cost center data.

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and synchronization of data between systems (HR and Finance).

• Configure SAP modules related to HR Mini Master, Finance (Cost Centers), and Business Partner data.

• Collaborate with global functional and technical teams to troubleshoot integration and data alignment issues.

• Utilize basic ABAP skills to analyze, debug, and enhance existing solutions.

• Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) and validation of interface results.

• Participate in planning sessions, provide technical recommendations, and document integration processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA.

• Strong knowledge of SAP HR Mini Master, Finance (Cost Centers), and Business Partner data.

• Proven Workday integration experience (preferably in cost center or organizational data sync).

• Working knowledge of SAP configuration and basic ABAP development.

• Ability to work independently with globally distributed teams, especially in remote setups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP BTP Integration or Workday Studio tools.

• Understanding of HR–Finance data alignment processes.

• Experience with multi-system data mapping and reconciliation.
