As a Succession Planning Consultant at our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Must have an MBA with Human Resources specialization - Minimum 3-5 years of HR Talent Management domain/functional experience in reputed MNCs - Should hold the latest SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning Certification - Minimum 3-5 years of relevant and strong experience in SAP HCM - Talent Management modules in Greenfield implementation, Rollout, and AMS projects - Minimum 2-4 years of relevant and strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning module in Greenfield implementation, Rollout, and AMS projects - Minimum of 2-4 relevant project experience, full implementation cycle, and support projects in SAP HCM Talent Management module - Minimum of 2-4 relevant project experience, full implementation cycle, rollout, and support projects in SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning module - Participate in the accurate creation of Configuration Workbooks - Hands-on experience in Provisioning settings, Admin center settings for SF-Succession Planning - Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF-Succession Planning module The company is based in Hyderabad and is looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in the field.
