Job Description

As an Implementation consultant/SAP SuccessFactors Manager, your role will involve utilizing your extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules. You will be responsible for configuring systems, managing data migration, and integrating techniques effectively. Your understanding of talent acquisition, Employee Central, and succession planning processes will be crucial in implementing best practices. Your problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills will play a key role in ensuring the success of implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules to drive successful implementations. - Configure systems and ensure data migration is carried out effectively. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand talent acquisition, Employee Central, and succession planning processes. - Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure testing methodologies are followed. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage relationships to drive successful implementations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. - Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules. - Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules - SAP Certified consultant/Application Associate is preferred. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - At least 2+ implementations experience.
